I’m not sure if I was just expecting better quality, but this felt a lot cheaper than I thought it would. The stitching was kind of messy, and after only a few uses it already wasn’t holding up well. Maybe I should’ve looked closer before buying, but I was disappointed

I ordered from Ortorex and the product did show up, so that part was fine. But the delivery took longer than what it said at checkout, and the tracking barely updated, which was a bit frustrating. I ended up waiting a few extra days without really knowing where the package was. The item itself was okay when it arrived, but I feel like the shipping info should’ve been clearer and more accurate, right?

It looked a bit better in the photos than it did in person. The description made it sound more supportive, but it felt a little cheap and wasn’t the most comfortable. That said, shipping was quick enough and the whole ordering process was straightforward

Got my order last week, and better than I thought it fits. For daily use it’s really comfy, not too tight and not too loose either. Took me a little bit to get used to it, but overall I’m happy with it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and wasn’t thrilled about having to deal with a return. I figured it might turn into a hassle, but I contacted support and they got back to me the next day with clear instructions.

I sent it back and, to be fair, the refund came through without much trouble. It took a few days, which I guess is normal. I still wish I hadn’t messed up the order in the first place, but the return process was fine.

I’ve had it for about a month now, with how mentally drained I’ve been lately, I haven’t had the energy to baby it or constantly check on it. So far though, it still looks solid and seems to be holding up well.

I ordered from Ortorex mostly because the price was better than everywhere else I looked. i wasn’t expecting much, but it showed up in good shape and did exactly what I needed it to do.
I’ve been using it recently, so maybe it’s fresh in my mind, but I’m happy with it so far. For the money, the quality feels decent and not flimsy like some random online purchases can be.
Shipping was a little slower than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a big deal. Based on my experience right now, I’d say it was worth what I paid and I’d probably order again.

A friend recommended I try a support belt, so I ended up ordering one from Ortorex after dealing with lower back pain from work. It didn’t completely solve the problem, but it definitely took the edge off and made the pain feel a lot less sharp during the day. It took me a little while to get used to wearing it, and the delivery could’ve been faster, but overall I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars because it helped a good amount, just wasn’t a perfect fix.
